Welcome to boso1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and boso1 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the boso1 website located at https://boso1.click and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, instant win games, and any related promotional activities.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account by the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform prior to processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported by the Platform.
• "Platform" means the boso1 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible at https://boso1.click.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under the Operator's licensing conditions or applicable law.

To register and maintain an active Account on boso1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely at your own discretion and risk.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction or jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is illegal.
• You have not previously had an Account on boso1 that was closed, suspended, or terminated by the Operator for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent on behalf of another person, and are using only funds that belong entirely to you.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of boso1 or any affiliated entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player may hold one Account only. The information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

boso1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, Passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the primary identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawal requests.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify boso1 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. boso1 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

boso1 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified on the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance without undue delay following successful payment confirmation.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. boso1 does not accept deposits from third parties. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed and any associated winnings will be voided.

boso1 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to standard blockchain network fees applicable at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and compliance with these Terms. boso1 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes from approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: 5 to 15 minutes from approval
• Direct Bank Wire: 15 to 60 minutes from approval

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. boso1 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to processing withdrawal requests as expeditiously as reasonably practicable.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. boso1 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits consistent with responsible gambling principles and anti-money laundering requirements.

boso1 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) towards satisfying wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any Player found to be systematically exploiting bonus terms — including through multiple account registration, collusion, or irregular betting patterns — will have their bonuses voided and their Account reviewed.
• boso1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a Player makes a withdrawal before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

All bets and wagers placed on the boso1 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event in question. These rules are made available within each game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms.

boso1 reserves the right to void any bet or wager at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or software fault is identified that affected the outcome of a game or the display of odds.
• There is reasonable evidence that a bet was placed using insider information or in coordination with other players to guarantee an outcome.
• The applicable event or game was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in a manner that affects settlement under the applicable rules.
• Incorrect odds were displayed due to a manifest error, including but not limited to data feed failures or typographic errors.

All results determined by boso1's certified random number generation (RNG) systems are final. The Platform's records shall be the definitive reference for all game outcomes and transaction histories.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the boso1 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour.
• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds of criminal origin. boso1 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of technical faults will be voided.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or Platform use.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of boso1.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, boso1 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and involve financial risk.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, data loss, or security breaches that are beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network infrastructure.
• Actions taken by the Operator in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including Account suspension, bet voiding, or bonus forfeiture.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit boso1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

boso1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information.
• Suspicious activity, potential fraud, or money laundering indicators have been identified on the Account.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a responsible gambling cooling-off period.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period consistent with the Platform's dormancy policy.
• The Operator is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed at the Player's request and the Account has a positive real-money balance, boso1 will process a withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the boso1 Platform, including disputes relating to game outcomes, withdrawal decisions, bonus terms, or Account actions, the following process shall apply:

1. Initial Contact: Players must first submit a formal complaint to boso1 customer support via email at [email protected] or via live chat, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence.
2. Internal Review: boso1 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive resolution within 10 business days.
3. Escalation: Where a Player is not satisfied with the internal resolution, the matter may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution body under the Platform's licensing authority.

The Platform's electronic records, including transaction logs, game history, and communications, shall constitute prima facie evidence of all relevant facts in any dispute.

boso1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform's homepage or, where applicable, by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boso1 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local regulation in Malaysia and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable Malaysian law. boso1 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
